Technical Inspections include: (not limited to)

– Site Visit

– Detailed and Comprehensive Report outlining Quality of Workmanship, Application, Industry Standard References, Defect List & Images  (if applicable)  and Manufactures Specifications

– Technical / Defect (if applicable) Consultation with ALL involved parties

NOTE: Technical Reports are special purpose reports detailing specific defects and may include recommendations on an appropriate course of action to rectify these issues. Technical reports may include recommendations on seeking advice from relevant contractors to help resolve the problems. Our reports are designed to save you from embarking on a costly dispute process.

NOTE: Please be aware the costs associated with Technical Inspections VARY from State to State and Additional Costs may be incurred for travel to regional areas, multiple dwellings, Industrial Coatings and Commercial Properties. These costs will be discussed prior to commencement of the Inspection.
